The service provider ("Provider") built the Anti-Fraude SMS application as a free application, with a premium service option. This service is provided by the Provider at no cost and is intended for use as presented. This page informs users about the policies for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information for anyone who chooses to use this service.
By using this service, the user accepts the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The personal information collected by the Provider is used exclusively to provide and improve the service. The Provider will not share or use the user's information with third parties, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, during the use of the service, the Provider may collect standard mobile usage data, including:

- Metrics of page visits within the application
- Time spent in the application
- Information about the device's operating system
Important note: the application does not collect precise information about the location of the user's mobile device.

Only aggregated and anonymized data is shared with external services, so that no individual user can be identified from that information.
The application uses Google Play Services, which are subject to their own privacy terms and policies independent of this policy.
The Provider may disclose information in the following cases:

User Rights
The user can completely stop the collection of information by the application by uninstalling it through the normal uninstallation processes available on their mobile device or in the application store used.

Information provided by the user will be retained during the period of active use of the application and for a reasonable period thereafter.

Protection of Minors
The Provider does not intentionally solicit data from children under 13 years of age, nor does it direct any advertising or marketing communication to them.
If the Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be immediately deleted from the servers. If you are a parent or legal guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Provider at apprz.team@gmail.com so that necessary steps can be taken.
Security
The Provider cares about safeguarding the confidentiality of information and maintains physical and electronic safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so the Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time and for any reason. The Provider will notify the user of any changes by updating the date indicated at the top of this page.
Continued use of the application after the publication of any changes implies acceptance of them. It is recommended to periodically review this Privacy Policy, as continued use of the application constitutes approval of all published changes.
